After 19 yr marriage, the dinkhead moved out a year ago to be with OW (although to began with was denying she existed). I got great advice from my sister soon thereafter and retained the best local divorce attorney very quickly and then filed. We then decided to try an amicable divorce through one attorney (mine). Well, he has not been amicable when discussing it with me, but goes into the attorney's appts and verbally agrees (back & forth, back & forth) Very passive aggressive! He now has refused to sign what the attorney drew up to which he agreed upon verbally in the office, and is just now getting his own attorney after one year of this BS. Is this going to be better for me financially or worse?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
