I just found this website and I am very excited. I thought for a long time i was the only one out there with these problems. I guess that was a stupid mistake. I seem to have made a lot of those recently. I have been with my "husband" for 10 years next month. I am very much in love with him but he says he is not anymore. He has found someone else and he talks to her EVERY day, more than once a day. We live in NC and she is CA. I still want things to work but he says he doesn't. I just wanted to see if anyone can give me some advice as to what i might be able to try with him. thanks to everyone out there who is reading this.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Good Luck
I think once the marriage goes over 10 years it's considered 'long term', so stretch out any actions until after the 10 mark
