I know, I know ..... time helps. But I often have a hard time keeping things in perspective and I bounce back to denial and want to pretend this whole thing isn't even happening. I often avoid dealing with the reality of the situation .... .that rather than looking at this as my husband not wanting to be with me anymore .... that maybe this is a way of setting myself free from the lies and deceit, the broken promises, infidelity, and disrespect he's shown to me and our marriage.
So I'm wondering if anyone has come across any good reads that have helped them with the process of acceptance and letting go.

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...

A book I've been meaning to look at again is the grief recover handbook. It helped alot when my grandma died. It's not just for grief from death but the loss of a relationship.
I did order a bunch of books from Amazon. I'll let you know how they work.
Cannot for the life of me remember the author's name...google it....
Pia Melody's book "Facing Love Addiction."
It was/is very helpful... I love humor also & the authors mix the seriousness of divorce & letting go with a side order of humor...
A must read...
