So I went to the lawyer and he started the initial filing. He is drawing up a settlement agreement with how we are going to handle the house, which my wife has promised she will sign. After it is signed, is there any chance that a court will ignore it? I am going to be buying my wife out of the house, and on paper it may look like a lowball number. In reality it will be beneficial for her. She wont have to wait for any monies and it means she will not have to hire an attorney and drag out the divorce. Does anyone have any similar experiences?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
