I am an abused spouse with a death threat. I fled my home to a women's shelter.

I appeaded to the office of the children's lawyer to represent my son who I have not seen in 12 months and who I have not spoken to in 4 months due to the my stbx who is interferring with access.

I am totally pissed with the office of the childrens lawyer. I booked an appt more than a month ago with her and changed my flight be in that province on that day. I advise her I was an abused spouse with a death threat and asked her to keep the fact that I would be in the province private and confidential. Not only did she reschedule my appt for a day when I would not be in the province, but she copied the opposing counsel. So now they know I will be in the province and where I will be... how stupid. Now i need to hire private security.

I am so disgusted.

Please pray these people remove this lawyer and appoint a new one who will value my safety and privacy.

If you don't hear from me in mid dec.. it is because I am probably dead, killed in Ontario Cda

you need to file a grevience with the bar, to have that attorney repremanded. you can go to the judge and request a new attorney and explain what has happened. what that attorney did was wrong.

I know how you feel i too was threatened with death. most of the time it is just words, but DO NOT take the chance and have someone go with you. call the local police and have them excort you to and from the office. change your hotel, do not stay where you were going to.

    I have been here before, a long long time ago and now I am back.Forgive me for not just saying what I want to say,even under a triple dose of antidepressants it is still raw and seeping and I am hesitant at revealing it as at least under the bandages around my heart I don,t have to look at how raw and wounded.My child was cleaved from my heart by his own actions. my child of ten,turning eleven...

    theatre and I are there already. I'm having a very berry tea with crackers, cheese and cherry tomatoes and she's having a joint with some beer and we're both on really comfy recliners on thick pile carpet. we need some help with the decor if anyone is around??
