So I went to my Tuesday appt. last night w/ my therapist and she seems to think I'm getting stronger? I told her I haven't had any crying fits in the last few days that I was kinda feeling blank. She is also proud of me because I didn't text my ex back when he texted me to say goodbye on Friday to go out of town. The funny thing is she seems to think I should go on a date and try to feel better about myself. It's hard to date when you don't feel good about yourself...right? There is a sick part of me that feels like no man will ever be attracted to me or love me again :(
