I'm writing with regards to the post of giving someone new the diamonds from your ex's wedding ring. My question is that the diamonds I have back (finally) are from my great-grandmother's wedding ring, and my older brother's have diamonds in their wives rings from the same wedding ring. I don't want to not use it, it has been in the family for generations. What should I do? (not that I'm getting married anytime soon).
