Breakups & Divorce Support Group
Just broke up with someone or in the midst of a difficult divorce? Breaking up is difficult no matter what the circumstances are. They say that time heals all wounds, but sometimes a listening ear or a hug can work wonders for the heart. Whether you need a place to vent, someone to hold you to No Contact, or need advice about what to do, we're here to help.
Just roll with it Andrew.. this too shall pas.
But I'm concerned when you say you want to do "real harm" to your ex and anyone she talks to. That is very unhealthy anger. Becoming violent or harassing her will only get you in legal trouble.
If you are really struggling with this, perhaps it's time to seek counseling so you can deal with your anger in a more productive way.
Please, call someone and get some help!
Hugs and peace!
My ex, "bless his heart" also thought it was ok to hit me, he almost killed me and did kill my unborn daughter!
Nope, what you deserve is a DIVORCE!
Byebye now!

It takes a lot of courage to reach out for help and I applaud you in your effort but you have to do more. You will never be able to take back the pain that you inflicted on your wife when you hit her but you can make sure that you never touch anyone out of pure rage and violence again.
We want them to feel the hurt that they caused us, sure, but remember, wishing bad things on to people or "going after" someone verbalyl or phsycially, isnt gonig to yield you positive results in this situation, or in your life. It will just feed more negativity in to your life, that you dont want or need.
Try to breathe, stay strong and focus on yourself right now.
