I am in need of some positive reinforcement today. I had to kick my husband out because he hasnt worked since January, wont help with the kids or around the house and disappears all of the time. He keeps disappearing to this 60 year old mans house in a bad area of town and I am sure he is doing drugs again. He disappears for a day or more then calls me crying saying he wants to come home but swares all he is doing is working with the guy to make money but he spends all the money he makes on gas to go help this guy. Its so frustrating. I let him back in a few times only to see him disappear again. This time I have stood my ground and not let him back in but I keep feeling so mad and sad. We have a 4 year old daughter and he thinks its ok to disappear and spend the night at someone elses house. He really believes he is doing nothing wrong and my daughter keeps crying wondering where he is. I am determined not to let him back in and not to even answer his calls. I usually answer them and argue with him and I even feel like going to find the house he is in and flipping out on him about all of this but for once I would like to just remain calm and not let him bother me. I am feeling like I need some help to stand my ground. I dont understand how someone can throw away 7 years of marriage and their child for nothing. He has to be doing drugs. Its nice and calm here without him and quiet, when he is here he is a mean jerk, this only started a few months ago when he started hanging around with the guy he is staying with. We deserve better and my kids deserve a real dad which he has never been so I really need to stand my ground and keep him gone.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
