I just want to thank everyone here on DS for there kind words and prayers! I think I just might make it through all this..... The DA declined the bogus forgery charges that my ex was trying to press, I got the judge to sign off on a fee waiver and status quo order, and I put the servicing packet in the mail to the polk county sheriff office to serve my husband with the divorce papers!!!! I hit rock bottom, but I am finally starting back up the hill. Thanks again to everyone! I know the battle isn't over yet, but I feel better about it all now..... I see a light at the end of this dark tunnel......
