Breakups & Divorce Support Group
Just broke up with someone or in the midst of a difficult divorce? Breaking up is difficult no matter what the circumstances are. They say that time heals all wounds, but sometimes a listening ear or a hug can work wonders for the heart. Whether you need a place to vent, someone to hold you to No Contact, or need advice about what to do, we're here to help.
So when you are ready to love again you should keep that figure in the back of your mind.
It is not that I'm rational... I am kind of messed up my self... since there are two things I learned from history - well my history:
1. I will love again and I will be loved again
2. She will get bored within 5 years and dump me.
I told you I was messed up.
1)instead of thinking I loved him so much, say to yourself, I will find love again & when I do, I will be able to love him more than I ever thought possible.
2) say to yourself, I AM ME, I CAN BE MYSELF WITHOUT HIM. I do NOT need someone in my life to make me happy. I HAVE to be happy & love MYSELF before I can love someone else.
3)Try to do something to keep your mind off of HIM. I know it's hard, but it can be done..... (mind over matter here).
4) Say to yourself that in time, when I find that "special" someone, I will have those LOVING, CARING, COMPASSIONATE, UNDERSTANDING, etc. arms to hold me tight.
5). Again, this is part of the "healing process." We ALL have gone/are going through it. It is NOT easy to get through these things. The first thing that you need to do is to "accept" that there is NOT anything that you can do about what happened in the past. YOU need to focus on YOU!~! You need to think POSITIVE thoughts instead of NEGATIVE thoughts. When you are able to do this, more positive things will start happening in your life & the negative things will start to disappear. I hope this has helped you!~! "Keep Your Chin Up!~!" I'm praying for you!~!
Just my two cents.
