Hi, I'm new here. I've been going thru the TX Rehab Dept for testing to try and find a job and have been on meds for bipolar disorder for about 20 years. In the course of my testing they have now decided I am also ADD. Isn't ADD a new term for Minimal Brain Injury? I had some abuse in the 80's that was never reported and on 2 occassions I had closed head injuries as a result of the abuse. Today, I have concentration problems and am very forgetful, I forget where I put things like keys or shoes, I leave the stove on when I cook, I leave the water on when I water my animals and forget to turn it off. My husband says he thinks this is from the closed head injury not from my bipolar condition. Any help anyone can give me would be appreciated. I don't have insurance, and am uninsurable due to health reasons and can't afford alot of tests. However, If I know what to look for maybe I can do some research on my own for some help. I take litium and celexa for my bipolar condition. Thanks

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
