My fiance had a TBI back in June, I'm sure most of you have read the full story. About a couple of weeks ago he finally began to try and start talking, and then one day about a week ago he spent the whole day talking in sentences. It's very slurred, but most of it is understandable. Since that day, all that he is willing to say is like "yes, no, hi." In your experiences, is this something that will come in go during recovery? You know like they say that they will have good days and bad days? THanks.

I have my maxed amount of epidural shots of my cervical DDD....(and no one cares about my lumbar DDD)..... I've done physical therapy, muscle relaxers, Amitriptyline, Nortryptiline, desipramine.....narcotics... So I decided to go to a spine specialist and they have me on Gabapentin. Its been two weeks and it did nothing for my lumbar ever... but it did seem to help my cervical and arm/hand pain...
