My wife and kids were in a car accident on April 4th 2008. My kids have all healed from there injuries. My wife is still in the hospital going through therapy. It has been 10 months and she is still unable to speak any words. The doctors installed a baclofen pump in her to help with all of the spasticity in her body. She has been able to do small tasks, like blink her eyes to answer yes. She can also eat small amounts of apple sauce. She can wipe her mouth with a wash cloth. She can sit in a wheel chair anywhere from 2 hours to 7 hours. She is breathing on her own and her track is capped off during the day. Everything seems to be slow going. Is any body else here?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
