About three years ago, I had heart valve replacement surgery, during the operation, due to surgical missteps, I had severe blood loss, they cut my carotid artery and I nearly bleed to death on the operating table. I used to be pretty sharp mentally, now it doesn't seem that I am! Is this related to my blood loss. Also before the operation I weighted 180, now 150, also I was in a coma for two months during the operation and procedures.
