A brain tumor is any intracranial tumor created by abnormal and uncontrolled cell division, normally either found in the brain itself, in the cranial nerves, in the brain envelopes, skull, pituitary and pineal gland, or spread from cancers primarily located in other organs (metastatic tumors). Brain tumors may be benign or malignant.

Thought I would pass this info on, it may hit home with some of you. I was recently diagnosed with this disorder.
Over the past months, I have noticed a change in my ususal visual issues and increased dizziness.
Lo and behold, they know what I have and it even has a name!!!! LOL
Last Summer, I was in the garden, got overheated and collapsed. Went into convulsions and had a terible headache and pain on the right side of my head behind my ear.
Had the MRI, but nothing was noted as a problem. It took almost a year for symptoms to show up.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I no longer need the walker and have been able to walk around without assistance from my husband.
I return to the center tomorrow for additional exercises.. This should be interesting when I walk in without assistance!!
