Often times, when having a conversation and repeating it, it comes out all full of my shame and interpretation and often times it looses its true meaning, making me seem like I am lying. Also, I feel like when given two choices, I have ultimatems and feel like I can't ask for what I truly want because I don't want to disappoint whoever is involved in the decision. Does anyone have any suggestions for this? I don't want to walk around constantly analyzing things in my head so they come out of my mouth "properly" therefore loosing myself in the process.
