nighttime seems to be the worst time all around. i feel more alone, i have more unsettling visions, and i get the urge to snack continuously. my nighttime medicine used to knock me out immediately, but now i can stay awake for hours with these feelings and my sanity and waistline are not thanking me for it! i would take an extra pill but that makes me a zombie the next day. i don't know what to do, short of trying out a new drug and i don't see my psychiatrist again until the end of the month. does anyone have any nighttime tricks for going to bed at a normal hour? it's nearly midnight now and i'm wide awake. i keep having terrible thoughts pop in and out of my mind and i want so badly to cut...
