Started attending a borderline support group last week and went again this afternoon. If there is one near you, I highly recommend it! The chance to talk to other people with this and get more familiar with it, as well as give and get great support was / is such a terrific experience! My therapist even recommended that I attend the group instead of seeing her ($$) or reduce the number of times I see her and go to borderline group. Well worth it!
