I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I dunno, mine looks like a piece of dirt stuck in yer eye (shrugs) it is directly in the center, which just annoys the heck out of me sometimes
but they don't want to do anymore surgeries on me, because the last one I ended up coming down with glaucoma, which took ALL my usable vision in my right, (central vision is gone), and the left where that floater is, my visual field is deteriorating, so its been frustrating at times.
The most important thing in your life time is your eye site. I don't believe that is true at all. I would much rather be blind, then deaf anyday, but ya know alot of people do think their eyesight is the most important thing in life, so when we do loose our vision, for whatever reason, they act like their life is over or something, or when they see me, they think I should be at home sitting around feeling sorry for myself, so they don't even talk to you. I think this is the biggest misconception about eye issues in the world today. eyesight is NOT the most important thing in life. There are much worse things in life :)
