Bisexuality is a sexual orientation which refers to the aesthetic, romantic, and/or sexual attraction of individuals to other individuals of both their own and the opposite gender or sex. Most bisexuals are not equally attracted to men and women, and may even shift between states of finding either sex exclusively attractive over the course of time.
Ive been married 19 years. Have always had a strong desire to be with a man. Lately when with the wife think about being with a man. Told the wife this and she did not take it well. Not sure what to do now.

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Am sorry you're going through this and can only suggest asking the wife if she'd be willing to do some counseling with you. I know its dreaded (therapy) but its a good way to get a third party in there to moderate discussions with your wife. esp for touchy subjects like this
find a doc who is counseling not clinical, and specializes in couples/sexuality issues. I was able to find a counseling pysch who specialized in alternative sexual identities too so she could have patients who were gay/bi and who felt comfortable with her.
Maybe someone like that so wife can get educated and learn that this is normal for a bisexual?
