Bisexuality is a sexual orientation which refers to the aesthetic, romantic, and/or sexual attraction of individuals to other individuals of both their own and the opposite gender or sex. Most bisexuals are not equally attracted to men and women, and may even shift between states of finding either sex exclusively attractive over the course of time.

MY GAY RIGHTS SPEECH,,
Due.. Monday
[dun Dun DUUUN]
Sooo come next monday I will be giving a speech on why gays, lesbians and bisexuals are equal to and deserve the same rights as straights. It's for my speech class and I feel that Its a topic needing to be discussed. Teacher put it down as one of the options so why not? I'm just a tad nervous about it. For when I was looking at the sheet of choices along with other people, I heard more than half of my class show their true opinion on the situation. Lets just say, if they paid enough attention to realize that I'm gay, I dont know if I would be safe. Its scary and stupid how some people feel about gays. The people in my class basicly feel that I am a waste of oxygen and of a woman. So once again, wish me luck, and if you have any ideas on what i should SAY in my speech let me know!! Id be happy to hear from you and more than happy to use your ideas!!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
That is so wonderful and amazing about your speech and I really admire your courage.
Perhaps the most important thing is to help people understand that it's not just about sex, but also about love between people who just happen to be the same sex.
Maybe you can compare prejudice against homosexuals to other types of prejudice and talk about how all prejudice is based on fear and and ignorance, that all people are individuals who deserve respect.
I used to teach elementary school and one day at recess one of the kids called another kid a "fag" as an insult. The amazing teacher I worked with immediately stopped recess and called all of the kids inside to talk to them about homosexuality. She told the class that sometimes men and women love each other and sometimes women love other women and men love other men and it's all about love and that "fag" should not be used as an insulting word, because it meant the same thing as people loving each other, which is a beautiful thing. She said it so clearly and beautifully and I think she made a permanent impression on those kids.
Many congratulations to you for being so brave and I hope you'll let us all know how your speech goes.
