I have only been on this 9-10 days, but I cannot leave the house. The last time I tried, by the time I showered and dressed, I was such a wreck, I just broke down and cried in front of my husband and said I cannot go. I felt so ashamed and weak. This is like the tenth med they've tried and I can't take it anymore. The 5 mg of Xananx isn't helping. Panic atacks are escalating. Any advice?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips.
