I've had breast cancer..all the surgeries, all the treatments,reconstruction.....the devastation of emotions.
And I've been DX as bipolar...with all the med changes, side effects, ups downs, suicidal identations and a few close calls.
To me ..Bipolar is worse.
Cancer either kills you ,or you recover.
Bipolar tortures you for the rest of your life.
Which would you rather do?
Doing both ,has about done me in.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Come on dd, don't quit or even talk of being 'done in'.
You are the most positive person I know.

I know,it'll pass...and I know I'll be more myself soon.
HUGS TO ALL!
If the choice was between having cancer and a 50/50 chance of survival or having bp, I'd chose the cancer.
