I am assuming men don't cry :) To those of you who can cry do you feel it is a release and you feel better afterwards. Or is it just an action and you feel nothing afterwards. I can't cry so I was wondering if I was missing something helpful?

I have this fear sometimes when something good happens to me I'm afraid to talk about it. Why? Because if I do it might get taken away or some other bad thing will happen to it. I do this with job related stuff and romantic relationships.I don't know why this belief started but it's been that way for many years.
