Call your pdoc if you feel really anxious.
Definately talk to a counselor and I would go ahead and call your dr and let him/her know what is going on. There maybe a medical way to help for a few days.
If you get to a really bad place, please call a hotline and talk to someone.
Talk to family, talk to friends. Tell them exactly how you are feeling and let them know things to watch for that mean you really, really need help right then.
I don't want to sound callous, but life is for the living. It's like a storybook and it's now time to turn the page. As you get older, you'll find yourself turning more and more pages. That's the story of life.
Remember and honor your mom, in your thoughts and prayers... but, continue on. NEVER give up!
