I have a proplem.I am seeing things again.Five years ago they stoped. I'm still on my meds. Now I see people around and about places that are not there.Any throughts to why this has come back?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...

Its possible your hallicinations are triggered by a memory, person, or situation.
If they are strangers... Maybe you gots the 6th sense. When strange things happen to me... I test the boundaries... like talking to the person/perple and see if there is a reaction. Now some people might think thats crasy if your around other people... but who cars... ur seeing shit.
That might be a little far fetched... but honestly I dont know.
I've only ever heard my name being called... never seen anything.
