Every post seems to need a question tacked onto the end or no one says much in response. I suppose it's a different way of doing things...not quite used to being so directed. Personally I enjoy all kinds of posts...observations, questions, thoughts, insights, favorites....I can ask my own questions. I'm sure this post will be met w/hostility but it's not meant to be critical...just an observation.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
No, I'm just trying to understand how this community works and I'm a bit confused. I don't think answers are more important....I just think questions don't always needto be stuck on at the end..I think it limits the conversation.
Better than trying to act cool about everyone and be a yes man.

Discussions are usually prompted with a question, I suppose.They veer off but tend to flow too.
