At what point do I need to worry when I can feel my mood lifting? I know this is quite subjective but I don't know my symptoms well enough yet. Are you actually aware of becoming manic when it does occur?(Sorry about starting so many topics, I think its another indicator of my current high mood, I just can't seem to get off this forum - see my journal entry)
