So how long before you were diagnosed with bipolar did you have any slight inkling that something may be wrong? I had some idea during high school when I had a strange obsession with Vincent van Gogh after watching a movie about him. I guess I kind of related to how he was portrayed in the film.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Was then manic from 16-17.
Diagnosed at 18.
I guessed something was wrong at about fifteen. I was hearing voices, then.
Another anomoly: We went to the same church my whole early life, but I couldn't recognize people, and I couldn't ever remember where my class was. I think it was just panic, but who knows? I've always had memory problems. And I always get lost.
I got the sense that something was wrong in high school. I would compare myself to the people and see a major difference in the way they behaved. Everyone seemed to be happy all the time with no worries at all. I was somewhat of an outsider with only a handful of friends, I couldn't concentrate on what the teacher would say for more than 5 minutes, and I always looked like I had woken up on the wrong side of bed.
Everything came to a head during my 20's and I've been seeking help ever since. Had I gotten help earlier on, I think I could have avoided some of the problems facing me today.
