It's such a horrible feeling when I'm really depressed, sometimes nothing seems to make me feel better. I think of things that would make me feel better that I could do, but nothing seems like it would work. Cuddling my cat helps a little I guess, and sometimes talking to a friend but that aching feeling I sometimes don't think I can tolerate. Sleep works sometimes, but usually that will slow me down more. What do you do that makes you feel better? I could use some good ideas. Thanks.

My pdoc recently added Buspar 5mg for anxiety. I’ve taken it every day since I got out of the hospital and I’ve also had horrible nausea.
