Do you recognize what "triggers" your mania? For me it's when I step outside of my comfort zone and do something totally different. For example I once had a manic episode after teaching at a college for a few days. Teaching is not my usual line of work but it gave me a lot of confidence. Another time I redecorated an office space with a friend, again something I wouldn't normally do. It upsets me that I found both these experiences so positive yet I had to endure mania right after. Anyone else want to share their triggers?
