I have just recently been diagnosed with bipolar, but after researching I have realized I've been batteling it for many years. This is my first day to join and it happens to be a bad day!One of those days that if it wern't for my kids coming home from school I would get in my car and drive away for good. How do you make it through these times and the sense of complete hopelessness?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips.
