the psychiatrist is adjusting my medications.
she has me on wellbutrin and depakote because i told her that i was having mood swings and irritablity and rage.
now in one day, i can wake up okay with a lot of energy and do a lot of things, then feel rage, depressed, or really sad, and be okay again later...and get irritable again...then angry and not be able to shake it even if i know it isn't reasonable to be mad.
i'm not used to the intensity of these feelings. i'm really confused. i'm used to having no energy and being depressed all the time and not being able to feel anything at all...is this something to tell the doctor or this how "normal" people experience feelings?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
There are other possibities, so see what your Dr. says.
