Is it just me, or do most of us on this board, when we have major problems or crises, do they tend to happen at night? I know that I am always at my worst at night--even when I am in a prolonged manic or mixed episode, no matter how bad it is, it is always worse at night. It seems that most crises on this board occur at night, as well. If I am euphoric hypomanic, I am *more* euphoric at night.
What's up with that? Why should the night be any worse for us than the days? Are we like fucked up vampires or something?

I dunno but it's like what happens in the hospitals too. More intake on the weekends. Probably has to do with people having more free time at night. The world quiets down and what's left can be disturbing.
