here are some of mine...

the sound of rain on the roof right now
brightening someone's day with just a smile when I am at work ... even when I've been having a shit time myself. Being able to just make someone smile is so simple & so beautiful.

the key of b flat major.

the first snow of the year (haven't seen it yet, but want to be here for it)

waking up glad to be alive.

dancing when nobody is looking.

rain...rain is beautiful to me. It has the therapuetic effect of washing away everything from me that isn't right, even if just for that moment. The sound, the wetness, happiness i feel as it pours over my body, relief...and release. To me that is beautiful.

As cheesy as it sounds,I love thunderstorms. Making people smile (my doc says its not healthy to try to do it so much...make people smile that is!) Walks on a quiet country lane with a full moon,just to think and look at the trees in the moonlight....there are so many things for me,It makes me wonder why Ive tried to end it all twice.

Children's laughter. Thats a big one for me. It really warms my heart.

What is beautiful to me? hummmm.....

Waking up next to my fiance still fast asleep.

Seeing flowers in full bloom.

My big blue eyes (wow-did i just give myself a compliment hehe).

Seeing new born babies smile and chuckle.

Walking in the pouring rain and coming home to a warm house, tea and toast.

My sister all dressed up-she always looks amazing.

    I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...

    I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
