I don't know if you go to and mental health clinic in your area or not but you can ask or call them they can tell you if there is and local meeting place for people with bipolar or other issues that needs and support group. Also, your local mental health clinic can assist you financially on and sliding scale even if you have insurance, plus assign and counselor for you once a month and you will see their psychirist for your medication...

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
