Ideally, I would prefer to be on the traditional meds. At this time, I need something to tide me over until I can get my life back on track. I hear mention of alot of herbal things that can assist i.e. St. John's Wort, Amino Acids, Fish Oil, Echinacea, certain foods. What works for others out there that I could try in the meantime and see if they help?
