Hi, I just started taking tegretol (200mg/day but will be increased today when I see my dr) and I was just wondering what people take to help them sleep or if the tegretol will help with that at higher doses? I was on remeron which pretty much eliminated my insomnia for the 8 years I was on it, but now I sleep only a few hours a night but am up every 20 minutes or so to just stare at the clock. Thanks for your help!
