My ex is apparently trying to prove neglect/abuse of my younger 2 children (17 and 13). He lives in FL and I live in VA. He has not seen nor spoken to them since 11/2002 (his choice, not mine). His new wife says she has POA for him and has requested my children's medical records to include and x-ray reports. He seems to think that he can take the kids now on the basis of my mental disability. I work full time, kids are happy and healthy, he owes me over $29k in back child support (I think that is why he's doing this, to get out of paying any of that). I only get some child support occasionally, he is never on time. Can he use my BPD to take the kids??

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
