I haven't really posted much in a while but I've been feeling pretty good about myself today for a change, a welcomed change, and I'm even off to the gym in a few minutes! I haven't been to the gym in ages and I think it will do me some good. I want to get on a regular schedule/routine. Since I go to a day program on Tuesdays and Thursdays, maybe I can make it to the gym those nights. Anyway, I hope this message finds all of you as well as possible!
