I get hand tremors quite a lot; doesn't really bother me, just one of those things.
But today, my legs started going really crazy, they had a mind of their own. Shaking really fast, quite violently, for about twenty minutes.
... can anybody enlighten me?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I can only speak from Lithium ahich gives rise to hand tremors.Seroquel I dunno.
Depends also the actual position you were in, cos that used to happen to me.Crouching or sitting for a while.
The dosage of Lithium goes off your body weight, right?
I've lost a ton of weight in the last couple of months, maybe that's it?
Nah seriously.
Lithium can cause that but also the way you constrict bloodflow too.
Can give headrushes and dizziness too.
I'm going by memory. It's all levelled now.
You forget how shit it all was, y'know.
I bet the Tattoo turned out interesting.
Cuppa Joe. Star.
Now I'm more like the MilkyBar Kid.
Also if you need other meds for other ailments..
GP's are a bit dumb sometimes too and they can prescribe stuff without checking the interactions going on with the head drugs.
I Googled around and while Seroquel didn't seem to cause this, Lithium can cause hand tremors and shaking legs.
It said that this usually resolves when the dosage is decreased.
Whenever you're wondering if something can be a side effect of a drug, a good starting place is your pharmacist. They're well trained (or should be) in how drugs work and the side effects they may cause.
The doctors are mainly taught what to precscribe and how much, although I suspect P-docs are much better educated in how the drugs work than the rest of the general medical field.
Good luck!!!!! I hope your symptoms abate soon!!!!
It's okay..you need(le)n't thank me.
Call your pdoc to see if he can lower it or maybe see if it's something else.
