I've been doing well woth my bipolar disorder for the past 3 months or so. It feels good and yet it scares me. I keep looking over my shoulder for the next disaster that will send me into relapse. This really makes enjoying and appreciating recovery very challenging.

I have been stable for about a year now. There is hope. Don't be on pins and needles you may be fine for a long, long, time.
