Today is my 25th birthday, to my somewhat lack of surprise I can see already no one really seems to care. Also if I have intrusive thoughts, or have been depressed for to long, I will use the daydreaming to feel better. To make me seem like my life is better than they way my mental illness is making it look.
My imagination makes me happy, I like to spend time there. I can even do some of it while I am grocery shopping. I feel like its a healthy outlet for me. You?
Actually, I think there is something to this. I have me alot of people who have BP and are amazingly creative in all sorts of areas. I love drawing and writing. And I day dream all day and use it to help me fall asleep(doesnt always work but it takes up the spaces)
Last night I sent a text message to my husband but accidentally sent it to the wrong phone number. I have had such a good time thinking about what happened on the other end aws a result. I'm thinking that if they are curious as I am...I should send another text message to solve the mystery.
