Does anyone else have vivid dreams or nightmares that interfere with their sleep patterns? I am having morbid dreams and nightmares these past two nights. I know part of it probably comes from the book I am reading called Twilight which is about vampires but still.... Last nights dreams were not about vampires and the night before I woke my husband up (who happened to be home that night...he works nights) INSISTING someone was at the door and also insisting someone had stolen the cat. (go ahead and laugh it is funny in a way) I do not remember this but I do remember screaming and waking myself up. I have a headache this morning from lack of sleep. I got woke up anywhere from every two hours to every 20 minutes last night with dreams it seems. Could it all just be related to the book? I have vivid dreams sometimes when I am not reading any books too. It does not happen often but it happens. Anyway I am just curious. I hope to get some sleep tonight. I HAVE to have sleep and lots of it or I get hypomanic.
