if they are really bothersome, telling your doc can help...the same thing happens to me when i have high anxiety, and i always think, where on earth did that come from?
I wouldn't be overly concerned about it cuz you know you'll never hurt anyone, your'e just aware that you have thoughts is all.
Ever try writing about them or meditating and praying? Prayer can help remove those thoughts sometimes. I usually just ttell my husband I have those thoughts...talking about them makes them less huge and scary. I don't think your pdoc would admit you, personally. Just my two cents.
For OCD'ers the typical thoughts run from incest, to screwing everyone under the sun.
They also run along religious lines with what people perceive as sinful thoughts.
They also have hurtful thoughts where you want to hurt your family, yet can't stop from thinking these thoughts.
