i am scared that like my mother i am going to use bipolar as an excuse for life im scared af using it as a reason not to work and not to goo to school and for my lazyness even i dont know what to do to prevent that from happening when thats all i know.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. You have to be strict with yourself and yes it is hard to not use it as an excuse, but you will know deep down when it\s the real reason and when it's just you wanting to get out of something.
At 17,it's your job to finish school,maybe think about college ,or tech school...and of course ,getting better.
I feel a great deal of concern and worry for you..where the hell are the adults in this situation?
it's not your time to be worring about WORK..it's time to be getting better ,and finisshing school!
