I am bp II but hardly ever even hypomanic. I am severe manic depression. Is that what they call it?
I called dr and I told him I was really starting to get more depressed over a few weeks. And he raised the wellbutrin to 450 mg a day and know I can't stand anything.
Is anyone else on the major depression side of bp and reacted really poorly to an increase in antidepressant?

I've been on welbutrin for 8 years. I have never had anything but good things from it. I have been very depressed anyway, sometimes. but I am much worse without it.

I can't believe that it made me spiral down so completely. The depression I noticed that led to the change was gradual. But this hit hard and I am miserable and doing the same for all around me.

Are you kidding!!! I "CRASHED" last spring and felt just like you do now, until about a month ago. My bdoc had me on a variety of meds and doses that didn't change anything for 9 months!!! Notthing worked! I started taking Lithium all by itself (wow!) a couple of months ago and as of today I have stopped cycling and am feeling great.....but, I am still feeling very Bipolar too. Keep good communication with your doc and he will eventually get you stabilized, it may take a while and alot of experimenting but in the long run it is worth it. Hang in there and all the best to you. Love and Prayers Ramona xooxoxoxxo

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
