something i realized abt myself just yesterday,
I have ups and downs, but its not just my energy level, when i am down my desire for things go away to, thinking or even doing things that should or did make me happy, dont. So its not that am just sitting there not wanting to do anything but there is no joy at all. Another thing is in my mood swings i get tunnel vision like some body might do something really simple like for example (this is a lame example but i cant think of a good one right now.) while we eating my husband might take a piece of food off my plate without asking...if am in one of thos moods immediatly i start to think he is selfish and has no manners and all sorts of things.... and might even remember events in the past that back up this believe... so that when i argue with him abt it I really believe all the things i am thinking.
and say all the things i am thinking. Ofcourse later when i vision has expanded i realize its not true he really isnt that way. and then all the remorse comes in. I know i made this really long and am sure i didnt get my point out right but i hope u get what i am saying.
We are not mean to ppl because we want to be mean we actually believe what we r fighting for at the moment even if later it turns out not to be the case. I did my best.

If he eats a certain way if he moves oddly its the little things that I see and feel irate about and wonder why the hell I'm with him, then like you I back it up with past grievences he's done to annoy me.
Try to say nothing, tell yourself yes its odd/rude what your hubby has done but bottom line he loves me, if I feel the same in a weeks time we'll talk about it then. I usually sit there fuming in silence but at least he doesn't get hurt and feels my mood so gives me my space.
