have been on various medication for bipolar/depression/anxiety for about 10 years and a few months ago gave it some good thought, talked to my doctor and decided to come off my meds. i am coming off slower than the doctor recommended as i feel the side effects quickly and rather badly. is there anyone out there who has succesfully come off all medication? how long did it take? do you feel the better for it?
